Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

To maintain a smooth experience for all clients and creators, the studio operates with clear, respectful scheduling guidelines.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your booking with no additional fee.
  • Requests made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.
  • Same‑day rescheduling is not available; a new booking will be required.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 72+ hours before the booking receive a full credit toward a future session.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours are non‑refundable, as the studio time cannot be re‑booked on short notice.
  • No-shows or late arrivals beyond 30 minutes are considered a cancellation.

Late Arrivals

  • Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time.
  • Additional time is subject to availability and billed at the standard hourly rate.

Weather, Emergencies & Exceptions

  • In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or unexpected building issues, the studio will offer a complimentary reschedule.
  • Exceptions may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis for verified emergencies.

Respect for the Space

  • Please arrive on time and leave the studio in the same condition you received it.
  • Overtime, cleaning fees, or equipment damage will be billed accordingly.
