Rescheduling & Cancellation

● Rescheduling
— Allowed up to 48 hours before your booking at no charge
— Requests within 48 hours may incur a 25% rescheduling fee
— Same-day rescheduling is not available — a new booking is required
● Cancellations
— 72+ hours notice: full credit toward a future session
— Within 72 hours: non-refundable — studio time cannot be re-booked on short notice
— No-shows or arrivals 30+ minutes late are treated as cancellations
● Late Arrivals & Overtime
— Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time
— Additional time billed at standard hourly rate, subject to availability
— Studio must be left in original condition — cleaning or damage fees billed accordingly
● Weather & Emergencies
— Severe weather or unexpected building issues: complimentary reschedule offered
— Exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis for verified emergencies
